Keith is the Chief of Finance and Operations for the Eastern Lancaster County School District. Prior to coming to the District in July of 2001, he served as the Business Manager for the Middletown Area School District and an auditor for the Department of the Auditor General, Bureau of School Audit division. His professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials and the Association of School Business Officials International. 

 

Keith serves on the Board for the Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau and actively participates on many committees for his local Business Official Chapter. Keith earned a BS in Account­ing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990. He and his wife Deb have been married for over 20 years and are proud parents of four daughters: Emily, Sophia, Olivia, and Ella.
