Nicol Grim is the Clinical Director for Individual and Group Intensive Behavioral Health Services at WellSpan Philhaven. She has spent all of her almost 20 years with Philhaven working in community-based services with children, adolescents, and families. In this work, Nicol sees the opportunities public education can provide to all students and values how global learning can broaden students’ horizons.
