Clinical Director for Individual and Group Intensive Behavioral Health Services
Nicol Grim is the Clinical Director for Individual and Group Intensive Behavioral Health Services at WellSpan Philhaven. She has spent all of her almost 20 years with Philhaven working in community-based services with children, adolescents, and families. In this work, Nicol sees the opportunities public education can provide to all students and values how global learning can broaden students’ horizons.
Nicol graduated with a BS in Psychology from Shippensburg University and received her Master of Social Work with a specialization in Group Work from Boston University. Nicol is a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field including community-based work with adults, conducting trauma assessments, trauma focused therapy with women and children, and school counseling.
In her free time, Nicol enjoys staying active with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She completed the Leadership Lancaster course in 2013 (best class ever!) and values participation in community activities, including involvement with school and extracurricular activities for her children.
