Terry is a Senior Agile Coach with The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA. Vanguard is one of the worlds largest investment management companies with over $6 trillion in AUM and 17000 employees across 19 locations around the globe. Terry leverages techniques and practices from lean, agile, design thinking and other new ways of working to help individuals, teams and departments to collaborate, scale, respond and innovate all while maintaining a strong client focus.

 

Terry is originally from Kilkenny, Ireland and earned his BSc. in Computer Science from Waterford Institute of Technology and his MSc. In Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
