Chris Epler | Teacher, Garden Spot High School Chris has been a secondary social studies teacher at ELANCO since 2005. For ten years he taught eighth grade American History and most recently teaches high school World History and Advanced Placement World History. Chris realizes the importance of preparing our students for the realities of being global citizens and enjoys fostering a sense of global connectedness for them. At ELANCO Chris has coached track and field and cross country, advised student council, and has been a middle school and high school team facilitator.

 

Chris is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in History and History of Art & Architecture, and a master’s degree in Instruction and Learning in Secondary Social Studies Education. Chris and his wife Katie are proud parents of their daughter Aurelia. He enjoys learning, cooking, travelling, and spending time with his family.
