Mike is a passionate nonprofit and community development leader based in New Holland, Pennsylvania. Since October 2023, Mike has served as Director of Development & Marketing at Lighthouse Vocational Services (LVS), where he leverages over a decade of management experience to advance the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities.
